Delays

We have started parts of the filming, and have took pictures for the story board, but due to the year 13's having all the cameras and camcorders for their course work, we haven't been able to do any more filming however this gives us time to make any necessary corrections to the script and the story board. Due to these delays we will be unable to continue filming until after Christmas. I have added the draft storyboard and script as well.

Researching

We continue with our research, constantly looking at clips, analysing all the sound, camera work, camera movements and mis en scene. We looked at the camera angles of previous preliminary tasks to find out that most of the clips used close up shots, two shots and over the shoulder shots. We then used these techniques and started to apply them to a storyboard. We used all our research to continue with the storyboard meanwhile Sunny and Evano looked at how sound and editing contributes to the whole clip, they also started the script. That left us with the decision of where to film, most of the other preliminary tasks were filmed in a classroom, so we started taking pictures of the ideal place to film along with each camera shot, this will now be combined with the editing ideas, and will eventually be made into a story board which will be uploaded on this blog.

Preliminary Preparation

Our preliminary started of with research. Basically we researched some simple clips from past preliminary tasks. We looked at previous preliminary tasks, and then started to jot down some ideas down. Before we knew it we were planning the story board and the script. We have decided that Sunny and Evano will be acting in the clip whilst myself and Matt will be in charge of producing.
